Our Product Testing Protocol
We perform 12 tests to produce our top-quality and reliable hair-brush Out of these, a few are listed below.
Salt spray test
Salt spray test is an artificial accelerated corrosion test method used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of metal hair brush to ensure that the product has sufficient durability and reliability in the actual use environment.
High temperature resistance test
The high temperature test is to evaluate the hairbrush’s ability to withstand high temperatures during use, especially when the hairbrush is used for styling with a hair dryer or other heating tools, to ensure that the hairbrush will not be deformed, melted or damaged due to high temperatures.
LOGO firmness test
The durability evaluation of the logo on the product to ensure that it will not easily fall off, fade or wear during the use of the product. Our commonly used methods include: scratch, friction test, solvent test, UV aging test, etc.
Color difference test
Use a colorimeter or manual to ensure color consistency. We will send samples to confirm the color with the customer before each large order is produced, so that the color of the final product meets the customer’s requirements and expectations.
